IPod touch package - IPOD TOUCH 32g

I ordered an IPOD Touch 32g from ECOST and it cost $279.98. When the package was delivered by UPS the package had been opened and there was no merchandise in the box. I filed an immediate claim with UPS. I also have contacted ECOST daily for months. I contacted my credit card company. To date, I have not been refunded the amound for this item. I am an elderly woman and this was a present for my grandson. I live off Social Security.
