I have been a life time member for 3 years i get a notice from the administrator that my pass word has expired and no new one was given upon request

I have been with n2news for 3 years, i was given a notice by the administrator that my pass word was 36 months old and that it has expired. I was told to get a new password, i was given a new one, a month later i was told by the administrator that my pass word was 30 days old and expired. I have been trying to contact the administrator to recieve another password to noavail.
