Buy.com
Won't refund my money

I purchased camera parts from Buy.com and Adorama was to fill the order. Adorama shipped the wrong parts (2X) and in the end, they never even had the correct parts available.

I am waiting for a refund; Adorama says the refunded the money to Buy.com. Buy.com at first claimed Adorama never refunded the transaction. Now, Buy.com claims that Paypal is the one dragging their feet. Paypal won't even respond. I am screwed.

It is now several weeks later and I still do not have a refund for parts I ordered that never existed.
