Ripoff fraudulent billing for service that I dont have

They told me I wouldn't be locked into a contract for 30 days. Two hours later I cancel my service, and return their phone UNUSED.

Four months later, Im still receiving a bill for service I don't have. They keep telling me "It's cancelled", but then send another bill.

I think it's time they pay me and all other customers for the time we have all wasted on them.
