Lies about shipping

I placed an order with them on 3/6, i paid for the expedited shipping, they claim they mailed it 3/9. I sent an email 3/13 since they dont have any contact numbers, and was advised it had been shipped. I waited until today 3/18, sent another email that i still didnt have it. They wrote back it was delivered on the 11th. I asked why didn't they say that when i wrote the first time, and i got an oh they didnt check it! They also advised me to look in my yard or rental department. I advised i own my house and i had received all of amazons orders no problem. They then said i have to make sure my address is deliverable, I live in a city in NC. They informed me they weren't amazon (DUH) and that it is my responsibility if USPS lost it. Now I have to dipute it on my credit card. Dont waste your time with these rude people!!!
