Counterfeit 128GB and 64GB USB Sticks, Dispute Ignored

I bought the same products, USB sticks with a supposed capacity of 128 or 64GB, from 2 different resellers on AliExpress.

My orders were:

However, when I received the devices and started using them, I realized that they were faulty and did not operate as they should. For instance, I lost files backed up on them.

Both resellers' products were fraudulent and non-genuine. I discovered via special sites that examined serial numbers and hardware of devices that they were fake.

I contacted AliExpress to file a dispute claim, but they took too long to answer, and there was no positive confirmation of the fraud.

I also contacted PayPal to file a dispute about AliExpress, but PayPal responded to my emails for feedback only 1-2 days before disputes are automatically closed.

I also contacted the vendors through the AliExpress chat tool, and they said they would refund me if I sent them the devices and they were found not to be working. I sent them, but there was no answer.

It is a clear case of theft and fraud. Please advise.
