Sold flawed design product with no replacement parts

Bought RC helicopter design 9053 from emax gadgets through store Techno gadgets on 02/20. At that time of purchase, store stated feasible design defects.
Defects contains, rotor knife to close together and chance of colliding with one another leading to damaged rotor blades. This happened.
Store allso mentioned that other former clients had attenpted to change design 9053 chopper to avoid rotor knives from creating connection with one another.
Went online with emax gadgets as well as their site, xheli.com for replacement rotor blades. These were not really provided on the replacement parts listing in addition to additional required components.
