Do not believe their website reviews!

This company is fraudulant as far as I am concerned - they take your $ and then implement stall tactics to try and encourage you to "go away". Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Their website "see what our customers are saying about us" comments are totally bogus and made up by their own staff members - don't you find it odd that none of these rerviews are included? Yes, so do I. I would never do business with this company again and never should have in the first place. They have my daughter's IPod and have for over a month. They say they will return it and the $ in two weeks. Two weeks, really? -That would be nice, as they have done nothing except generate interest on my $. Pathetic sevice and bogus through and through. I am sure they will respond that they are returning the IPod and the $- who cares? That is the entire nature of their scam job - I am sure there are plenty of people who just drift away and then what happens to their $? Hmmmm, good question eh?
