Their service sucks. I ordered a brand new hair clipper. They sent me the used one with still hair in it. Ewww Gross..

I tried contacting them but they were hard to get hold off. When i finally got hold of them, they yelled at me and insisted that the item is new. Yeah right!!! First they don't know how to speak english. Second they don't know how to deal with the customer.

Finally i sent the item back and guess what they charged me shipping fee, restocking and handling fee and only gave me half of my refund. Such a ripoff. Will never buy anything from them. Will recommend all of my friends not to buy from them. Will update in Face book friends, twitter followers not to ever deal with the discount jungle. Very very poor seller.

BTW don't fall for their ratings. They are all scam. I put down the bad rating for their horrible service. Then they contacted me and told me straight that they won't give my refund if i don't take my low rating down. So hoping that I'll get my refund, i took the low rating down and guess what no full refund. There is no way to rerate them again. They are the biggest scam i've ever dealt with.
