My LG dehumidifier broke under warranty went through all their hoops waited then they said they wouldn't repair but wanted to replace it with a refurbished unit. Never came, called and they messed something on their end. Waited 2 weeks and they said it hasn't shipped yet but would in a couple of days. Waited 2 more weeks and called, got a tracking number it was shipped to Michigan, we live in georgia. Nobody knew where that address came from since I have never lived anywhere but Georgia. So they said they will expedite it... Days later and it still isn't shipped... Don't buy LG.
