Sony's service isn't what it should be... Or used to be

I bought A - 36 inch Sony Tv like a Holiday present for my loved ones. Significantly less than a few months later the TV isn't operating and that I am receiving small help solve this problem.

This inadequate quality level with any item is undesirable. Additionally, not getting possession or displaying a feeling of problem is unquestionably something which may direct my purchase choices later on.
