In my personal opinion, these people are terrorists!!! The following email was sent by me to the "board of directors" at HP (it speaks for itself);

Dear Board of directors;

I purchased a HP Pavilion dm3 at Staples on 04/01 1:07pm for the purpose of storing and transmitting
information and data to my daughters doctors due to her hypo-plastic left heart, pulmonary stenosis, extra ventricular drainage, septal defect, pulmonary, physical, developmental and failure to thrive issues and more that she has in order to get, keep and maintain the care for her that she needs in order to live at all and get to a point wear she can have these issues corrected. Currently, we have 18 doctors and 5 facility's to keep informed and in constant contact with for her to get help.
