Kavous Adib Scammed by pay pal and Kavous Adi

To whom it may Concern,

Hi how are you?

My name is phillip, I have a major issue with paypal
I have been using there site to supply services they have now limited my
account and one on my clients has put a dispute against me.

For items that he has received the client himself is asking me to send him money through western
Union which is beyond a joke and paypal them self have now put my account in
negative for 2000euro when i have funds in the account already and now.
I have no clue what I should do I feel that I am being scammed and going to get F*ked over on this can
you please advise me what I should do and how I solve this.
