Rebate not honored

Electronics and household app.

I purchased a Samsung phone through these people expecting to recieve 2 rebates.
1:$30 customer appreciation.
2:$70 customer loyalty.
The company assigned the rebate went bankrupt and niether Verizon or Wirefly would back up the offer.
Appears to be a rip off to get someone to purchase a phone.
I have all of the required documents to support the claim, including the envelope the original rebate request was mailed in. It was returned as the PO Box was closed.
