Frescafone, Inc. Billed my mother's Verizon account without her knowledge. The unauthorized billing amount was $15.47 plus tax. When my mom called the toll free number on her Verizon bill, Frescafone said that she ordered the long distance service online. She cancelled the service immediately. This type of scam would not occur if these companies would just verify their orders. They have to realize that if you're filling out a form for something completely unrelated and forget to uncheck a box in the fine print, the order may have occurred inadvertently. I may report this to the BBB also.
