Bought an item (a camera) and he didnt ship it, thanks to paypal i recovered the money, but opening a contestation the case automatically convertet to a reclamation shenzen

I was cheated by the site owners, contacted them first on alibaba.com then got the link for theyr site..
First i contacted paypal to check the site (as it was signed as paypal verified) they told me that they dont release this type of information, then i bought the item a GF1 camera 277 usd

My money was returned, but when making contestation on site it automatically transformed to claim
... And then payment reversed, and for this type of actions people go to war
please make something to close site and contact local police, as i dont speak chinese
