Randall White
White's Masonry cashed the check promptly, then dissappeared without completing work

We hired Randall White for some landscaping project in the front and back of our house on Spring. The project included bricklining and planting in the front, and Gazebo and a waterfalls structure in the back. He estimated it was a 3 week project.

After prompty cashing the check for half the amount of the project on the first day, he began work in earnest for a couple of days. While pouring the concrete for the Gazebo foundation I enquired about the need for a permit from the city for the Gazebo. I then realized he did not get one. He promised me he would work on it and then continue the job. It was then that all the delays began.

It was extremely difficult to get a hold of Randall after that. He never answered his voice mail. My only success in communication was an an occasional response through emails.

This delay prolonged for over 3 months during which I received 3 violations from the Home Owner's association for leaving the work incomplete in the front. I finally had no choice but to cancel Randall's services and get some one else to fix the mess he left in early August.

I have since tried to email Randall to request a return of money for work not done, but he has refused to do so. I don't expect anything from him anymore. I just want to warn others of this man's dishonesty and lack of professionalism
