Beware "Open Box"

Beware! To these people, "Open Box" means "Missing Pieces" and they are fine with that. I purchased a Jawbone Icon from an ad that said Open Box. It came without an earbud that would fit me. As this was my second Icon, i know it was supposed to come with a complete assortment of earbuds of different sizes. When I complained they said we we sent you one - of course it didn't fit. When i complained about that their answer was "Well it said Open Box".
