Not Honoring the Warranty

The product supposed to have a two year warranty. It had only been barely a year since I purchased a flat screen TV. And frankly speaking, its quality sucks big time! The light is dim and just lately I've noticed discolorations emerging from the sides. And for what its worth, I don't find it entertaining anymore to watch! I phoned them in and told them about the problem. I talked my way into having the TV replaced because i have nothing to do with the damage, the product was just simply poor in quality. Why are they not replacing it? That's just so bad. Who in a good state of mind would purchase in that company again if thats the case.
