Not A Good Value for the money

I purchased a PC speaker at Safe National of America. It was quite expensive but to my surprise, it only last for two weeks. Crap!!! I didnt buy it this expensive to get this poor quality of product! This store is selling substandard products! I tried calling their customer service, but I cant even connect! I wasnt expecting this! Its my first time purchasing in their store, but I think it will be the last.
