Misleading Product

What money back guarantees are they talking about? I had been fooled about the product Ive purchased. They have promised that the nikon profesional camera has free bag, memory, tripod and extra lens. However the freebies was not sent to me. So I notified the company about it and they refused to refund my money. I was more than willing to get at least half the price I paid and return the product but they said that it was not under the terms we agreed to. Now what?
