Very poor customer service - Internet phone device

I signed up for the magic jack and after repeated attempts they took my order for one year only, whereas i wanted it for 5 years. The difference being one year is 40$ and 5 year was 60$ or 69$ but they took the more profitable rate.
Not a big deal, but i had consistent problems with the service:
QUITE OFTEN i get complaints that they cannot hear me, and many times i cannot receive calls.
They refuse to give the customer service no. And force u to go thru chat format which takes a lot of time.
Cust. Service is NOT fully informed what is going on, perhaps these are min. Wage high schools kids working in a garage or something.
