Eceived rowenta steamer for holiday. Missing a component. Wouldn't help me with no bill.incredible insufficient service. I'm not going to request my buddy to get a bill! Just how much ruder might one-get. I've bought rowenta items previously but it doesn't matter how happy I've been I'll never take, provide or utilize another rowenta item.
