Customer service is awful

I bought an HP Pavilion dm4 in July.in November it just stopped working. I was on the phone with three hours while a customer service rep made me literally take apart my own computer to diagnose the problem which he finally decided must just be a faulty hard drive. Fine. THEN they make me send it away for repair which takes a month. When I get it back... Its still broken! The kicker is that when I call upset I am put on hold for an hour to then speak to a woman who is supposedly as high as it goes is rude and is talking to me like I'm the stupid one when HER COMPANY SOLD ME A FAULTY COMPUTER. She says all she can do is send my computer away again for repairs which will take at least 2 weeks. No guarantee it will get fixed this time. Oh. And she can't get anyone anywhere to send me a box for four days because apparently HP employees get a four day Christmas break. I will NEVER EVER buy an HP again.
