Never Received Phone

I requested a safelink instant telephone back on October 12. I had been informed might get the phone-in 5 - 10 business days. I've named every tenth business-day to discover were my telephone is and obtain no-where using the organization. The hardly talk language and maintain encouraging me that my telephone is likely to be within 5 - 10 business days. It's today Dec 10 nearly two-month later and am still being guaranteed my telephone is arriving 5 - 10 business days. I want a telephone plus they do not do something about my issue!!!
