I am very FRUSTRATED with this company. Read all th reports, they are all VERY TRUE. They charged me for 5 months of service (a promotion that they offered), then 3 weeks later charged me for another 5 months, essentially charging me TWICE. I have tried several times to get a refund, calling their customer service is completely worthless, you might as well be talking to a brick wall. They will do NOTHING. I plan to cancel this service, and block all charges they attempt. VERY SHADY SERVICE, STAY AWAY!!! Not worth the hassle!!! On top of that, they have no physical address. There is a very good reason for this as it makes it difficult for them to be sued.
