Systemax, Inc. Total Fraud, over-charging by over $700 is only the start

TigerDirect advertises a code for their LG 32" Tv Wireless dongle bundle to all of their Affiliates, as seen in many many places over the web. Examples:

On Dec. 6th they then lowered the price of the bundle, coupled with the coupon it made it a very good deal, similar to black friday deals.

Of course ordering this TV bundle was the mistake I guess. Their website, the shopping cart and email confirmation all show a total price of $244.12 after shipping. Their site/email even state the following (I quote):

"Every order is thoroughly reviewed by our processing department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and the user is authorized to use this payment method. Once the order has passed the rigorous review by our processing department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment."

I see a charge of $244.12 on my credit card statement. What happens next would surprise most of you.

Apparently they didn't mean for this to happen. It's fine, price mistakes happen. Cancel the orders, and refund our money. Not with Tigerdirect. They ship the items out anyhow, ok so run an intercept. Nope, instead we get emails blasting us for using an illegally obtained code that was supposed to be expired. What weren't' the codes sent out good until the 11th, as they were posted everywhere?

So now, they say they are charging people $713 for this bundle. Wait wasn't the price before coupon $499, and with coupon (before the price lowering) $449. Where does $713 come in?

So instead of trying to solve this, they immediately charge everyone's account, without authorization, and additional $713. Not the different, then entire amount so we have 2 charges on our accounts. Lately, even with 2 charges on our accounts, they are even running intercepts on the packages, with no refund or explanations.
