Brian Toivonen ripoff, liar, thief, Brian simply gets your money and runs!

I paid for an Intelligent Light and a bulb from this company and I never got the product. I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau, and to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office with no resolution from Chen Imports.

The owner (Brian Toivonen) has promised me that I will recieve the item that was paid for on 1/29/03. He will give promises when you do get a response from this guy (which is next to impossible), but will never follow through.

Brian simply gets your money and runs!
