Stereo ripoff scam Selling cheap speakers out of cars

Two 20 something caucasian males approached me in their truck at Circuit City parking lot and sold me the speakers saying they were worth $2000. They said they had extra inventory they were trying to get rid of. Boy was I wrong. They totally lied about where the brand came from and I'm out $250. If your reading this it's probably already too late. But I did get a cell phone number that rang when I called him while he sat in his car. I hope I can do something with this info.
