Will not honor warranty, will not return calls, disconnects when I get in touch with someone

Purchased a light bar in 2 however did not install until 10. Light bar does not work. I cannot get any help from their customer service department. 99% of calls go to voicemail and calls are never returned. The 3 times I did get on contact with someone, 2x they told me to call the next day after 10AM, and the last time I called I was disconnected on their end (automated response said "good Bye") Numerous e-mail submissions from their website are never responded to. Nearly impossible to reach someone in their 'dedicated customer service staff.' Actually impossible to resolve any sort of problem. Seems they only thing they are good at is taking my money. That is the only thing that completed without a problem.
