Recieived order and the light does not work completly no phone service or custorm service or returned calls but one we will send replacement part still not part 2 months later still not replacement

Found a nice light on this website as I needed for my Emergency road service. So i order it and received as i should with in 10 days. I then open the box found light not operating properly.

Then i try calling for days leaving message of defective light and no return calls so then i try to email sent them a letter telling my problem still no return emails of call backs after having this for a month and no calls or return emails i finely got thru to some guy that was so rude and told me to remove the bad light and return it so i did all as requested sent the bad light back and now its been over a month.

I then call the other day about 25 times during the day unable to get a live person so i sent another email telling everything from the beggining and then told them i was going to visa with this matter so they told me they would take care of it right now and would be ship that day 2 weeks later i still don't a have a complete light bar as i bought or a replacement light. I have never been treated like this or had to make a complaint about a company before now. I would strongly advise no one to ever buy any product from this company ever. This light cost $357.07 ship to me and still have no light that works and is usable.
