Continiously promises refund, never gives it back. Keeps me waiting! Buyer beware!

I placed my order for the NetTALK Duo on August 30th. I decided to go with another company, and promptly called to cancel my order before it shipped. I spoke with a customer service representative on September 3rd and she had told me that in 7-10 business days, I would be refunded. I waited until the 10th busness day (September 17th) and I was still not refunded. I then called their customer service line once again on September 17th and spoke with "Alex" employee number "13" and explained my situation. He said he was unsure why I was not refunded, and would put in a refund request to "upper management", and that I would then have my refund in three working days. Today, September 22nd, is the third working day and I still have not received my refund. I called once again and spoke with "Skyler" employee number "8055" and he told me that "Alex" only made a "request" for management to look into this, but not process my refund. Skyler then put in another "request" for a refund and told me it would be taken care of "immediatley". I then requested to speak with a supervisor for reassurance and ask for an explanation, and was put on hold. I was then connected to "Mary" employee number "8048" and once again explained my situation and asked for an explanation as to why I still have not received my refund. Mary began to tell me that she did not have an excuse for why I have not been rufunded, and I must wait another 7-10 business days for my refund. I explained to her once again that I've already waited a total of 13 business days, and it still has not happened. I then asked if I could speak directly to the upper management and get this sorted once and for all, and she said that would not be possible.

I contacted my financial institution today and let them know what this company has done to me. All I want is my refund, and I'm getting sick and tired of the runaround. This is the perfect example of a company trying to scam you as they convienantly continue to tell me to wait for my refund and it never gets processed. Buyers beware of this horrible company!
