E-Cost Retuns - Linksys Route

You may get a bargain but - if you need to return it, forget it. They make it almost impossible and say anything to get you off the telephone. I have been trying to return a Linksys Router for 3 weeks or more and still they will not send me a return address. They wont give it to me on the phone saing that it's against their policy even though they have given me the RA Number. What a 'crock'. Ny davise go to Tiger Tirect of 3Btech.
