Invoice falsified, extra damage after purchase

The fridge we bought was shipped with increased harm than was current whenever we bought it. Upon shipping, the bill have been falsified to create it seem like we closed for this for the reason that situation. The shipping person had us keep in touch with his supervisor (about the telephone) who assured us the broken handle could be changed inside a couple of days which the shop might make amends for that additional damage. Completely fourteen days later and also the scenario isn't solved and we don't possess the alternative handle. Until Sears may take care of the over the following couple of days, we will need to deliver back the fridge to get a complete reimbursement and consider appropriate motion for having had our purchase bill falsified after we closed and had our backup. A buddy suggested the Sears Damage and Reduction Factory, but I'll never store there again.
