Same account, backordered product that required longer to reach than they stated, WITH NO IMPROVEMENTS whatsoever.

While it had been broken, they stated that they requested an upgraded component, that they didn't. Again, no improvements about the replacement component.

Finally, I contact the maker, who managed to get right.

I truly believe that they're incorporating in fake "Extremely Good" evaluations to counter-balance the real, terrible experience.
