Carrier/Payne PH15NA024-A outside unit
Product performance

Electronics and household app.

I bought the product to displace A - 16 year-old device. I upgraded towards the 15 SEER device to conserve on energy performance. Buy/installation happened in August.

While winter folded around, and also the climate got moist and chilly, I uncover this device really stops over strong, as an ice-cube, making the exterior device ineffective. Just option would be to change the unit to crisis warmth (costly electrical circles) within the inside device.

Approached the specialist who stated that is typical. Approached Provider, who approached the specialist, and recommended anything was good.

Meanwhile, my other aged device operates only good without this issue. Examined the owners guide which created simply no reference to this issue (which everybody views 'regular'). You had believe if it had been therefore regular that somebody might have described it before the purchase, or that it'd be coated within the owners manual.

The next time system froze around, I examined all my friendis models and may not locate another with my issue.

And, yes, I am unhappy that I consumed this amount of cash for what's ended up to become an inferior item about the warmth aspect.

Provider includes a document under my title and so I do not want to include accessories. Randy Evans, 2720 Hollybrook Lane, Morganton, NC 28655 828-438-0449, randyevans@bellsouth.net

Cheers for the hearing.
