My experience with "Photo Video Superstore".
I ordered Canon EOS Rebel T2i Kit with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens for $794.99 with free shippind and no taxes on Thursday, June 17 online on https://photovideosuperstore.com / website.
I received e-mail with order confirmation.
Today, Monday, June 21 the on-line status of my order still was "New Order", there was no tracking number available, nobody called nor e-mailed me in more than 48 business hours (3 working days - they are open on Sunday) since I placed my order. It is promised on the web site that the order has to be shipped in 24 - 48 business hours. The item that I ordered was listed as available at the time of the order and is listed as available now on the store web site.
Therefore, I was compelled to call to sales of this store today and cancel my order. I had no problem reaching them over the phone - the time on the hold was reasonable. As I was promised over the phone, I received e-mail, confirming the cancellation.
So, my order was not processed as promised without any explanation.
I was not able to find street address of this company on their web site.
According to http://thoughts-of-dave. Blogspot.com/12/photovideosuperstore-looks-sketchy.html, domain for this web site was created on October 5 and is through a foreign anonymizer. The street address of this company is fake. This site is in business of Bait - and - Switch and is running by the same people who operates Mega Wholesale, thecameraprofessionals.com, ubuydigital.com and Supreme Cameras. Moussa Swed runs these sites, and all of them were consistently reported as bait - and - switch sites.
My experience clearly proved this.
