Bait & Switch. Ordered L series lens and person called to confirm order with a song about how the lens would break my Xti. Claimed lens was on 4-6 weeks backorder because the batch is all defective

This experience is very familiar with other bait and switch operations in photo equipment. They accept the order through the internet and then call to say the equipment is defective and try to switch to another. Also, said they nolonger can take American Express and there is a 4-6 week back order. This is a scam operation.
