Even the repair man doesn't know what is wrong with this thing

I bought a Samsung machine and dryer 2 yrs ago. 3 months before the push within the machine must be changed. It took months to obtain the component. Lastly the fix delivered and changed the push. After 3 months the pump went again. The technician changed the push and after one fill of scrub it stopped working again. The fix guy does not understand what is incorrect.
