ZhangHaiQin CHOICEDEALING.com Is a scam. After you make your purchase and wire the money via western union or money gram you lost your money forever

I was looking for an I. Phone on Craig's List and found a website "choice dealing" I placed the order on the website, the only method of payment was wire transfer or western union, so i wire transfer the money ($268.00) the following day they confirm that they received payment.
They told me that the phone will ship the next day, however, the phone never arrived, I contacted them again on their website and asked them for a tracking number, they said that the phone was in customs but never arrived.
The website was shut down right after, I sent several email but they never responded. Yesterday I went to their website and seems as they are back in bussines, stealing money from other people.
