I brought a Motozine 5 from the company after loosing my cell phone. No where in the ad is the phone sold as a used phone. The phone came in with half the parts missing. The key pad's glue was lifting up on one side. They do not give you any phone number to contact them. You have to email them then they will call you. I had to email them 3 times to call me. They told me it was a new phone. Basically lied to me. They agreed to take the phone back. Now I am being notified of a partial refund. They wasted my money. It cost me money to have the phone ship both ways.
