Kristy Drummond Product does not work - REFUSED refund

I bought the E-cigarette and was even told by Kristy (at the kiosk in Tysons Corner mall) that if anything went wrong in the first year, they would replace the part.

This is a 3 part e-cigarette: Battery, atomizer, then cartridge. The atomizer is what makes the liquid in the cartridge turn to vapor. If the atomizer goes bad - there will be little or no smoke.

I bought this product on Thursday.By Thursday night the atomizer went bad. I took it back Friday around lunchtime. Kristy tested it and saw that it was bad. She replaced it as promised.

By that evening - the atomizer went bad again. There was very very little vapor being produced. I took it back - she replaced the whole kit. That was Friday.

By Saturday morning the atomizer went bad again. I had to work so I didn't go back until that night.
