Kelly Gaines Toner Scam, Outrageously Overpriced Plus Shipping, Unsolicited Offer, Company does not answer phone calls

This company took advantage of a receptionist at our office and telephoned with an unsolicited offer for toner for our office printer. The contact person was "Kelly Gaines". They proceeded to send an unauthorized order for a TN550 Brother Toner product along with an invoice billing us over seven times its usual and customary cost. Calls to the company were not answered. We will return the item and will not be responsible for any costs associated with it. Our front desk receptionists are not authorized to accept or place any orders for supplies in our office. Summit Office Supply is a fraud.
