The good woman about the telephone stated anything is on-schedule. Nevertheless, @ 0400pm the A & E repetition. Named and stated that he was working late and certainly will not be-at our home till after 0530pm. After I told him why he'd to hold back one hour before he alter our routine period, he hang-up and stop our visit. After I contact the 800-number to document a the woman reconfirmed our visit was stop from the A & E-Tech and we'd to hold back another week before another person can come to the home.
