I bought a lamp for a samsung DLP they send me the wrong one. So i contact them threw email so i can exchange. So they sent me a email with the address to send back so i can exchange. I send the product back and i have heard nothing i tryed to calling there customer service and there voice mail is full! Now i sent a court order to there company the commpany sucks ass and they try to take your money and keep the product!
