About six months ago i paid 529.99 for hp laptop. They convinced me i need it the warranty so i paid 169.99 for the warranty. Two months later i was having problem with the laptop i brough it back they check it and said everything was fine. One month after that i brought it i n because the usb were not working. Plus the power cord was loose. (which i told them in the beginning) they said they need it to check it. (i m assuming they have technician in house, but no they have high school student learning computer with our machines. Anyways they sent it in (to the real technician) only to tell me the motherboard need it to be replaced and will cost 829.99 (the computer is worth 529.99) when they sent it back and me without computer over a month i end up paying for the shipping which it cost around $35. And to top it off the supervisor was not there in the store i went back and forth to the queens center mall (NY) 3 times going in bus and at the end a young guy called himself the supervisor (in realidy was the person in charged) and argued with me a bit regarding the cost. Of shiping and to let him know whether i was going to pay 829.00 for service or keep it moving. I have all receipt if you want to see them david1185@hotmail.com.
