Islam box llc "scammed me"! Do not trust or purchase from them!

On March 14, I purchased what they call " Islam Box" from www.islambox.com.
For those who are not familiar with "ISLAM BOX", Islam Box is a Television Toner programmed to utilize your Internet Broadband Connection, to enable you to watch Television Channels that are broadcasted on the internet to your local television.
I received the "Islam Box" in the mail a few days after purchase. Upon receipt of the box, I tried to install it, and continued to get "error" signals and the box had a defective issue of some kind. On many attempts, I tried contacting the company. No one responded!
I tried again, and again, and again. I made several phone calls, which actually took me straight to a voicemail. The company claims that they have "customer service" which is a bunch of lies.
This company is a "one person operation".
I made several calls, and sent several emails, and finally, I received a response from someone by the name of "Fakhar Abbas". I tell him the situation, and stated to him that " I do not want the box anymore, and will send it back via priority mail delivery confirmation". I sent the box back, and it was confirmed that he received it VIA DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. He stated, upon receipt of the box, he will refund me the full amount of $189.00 with 24 to 48 hours. That was a big lie! I never received anything! How hard is it to send someone $189.00 via PAY PAL? This was the method of payment that I used to pay him.
He tried to refund me ONLY $149.00 through Pay Pal. Why the heck is he only trying to refund me $149.00 when I initially paid $189.00 for the box? I also had to pay $5.95 for shipping when I sent the item back.

What the heck is that all about? I denied the refund through pay pal because he is trying to SCAM ME OUT OF $40.00 and I will NOT allow that to happen. I WANT MY COMPLETE REFUND!!! I have also decided to go to SMALL CLAIMS COURT!

i want everyone to be aware of this site, www.islambox.com, do not trust, do not buy unless you want to get robbed!!!
Do not believe the fact that he is using the "name of god" to try to gain the consumers trust. Don't let that fool you as it did me!
Here is his response via email on April 03:
Please check your Pay Pal email and reply to it. We will refund you the amount as soon as you reply the email.
We really feel sorry for the delay and really appreciate your cooperation and great patience.

Once again, I emailed the man and left him voicemails, still no reponse? What the heck is going on? He is playing games and has "SCAMMED" my money? I will be reporting his business to the "BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" as well.

This person uses the "NAME OF GOD" on his website.initially, I trusted the site based on that. It seems that people use the NAME OF GOD, to SCAM people!

This is just a major shame to any and all people who do this.

Consumers, please do not trust this site, or make any orders from them unless you want to get scammed.
