Lie to warranty Company

Electronics and household app.

I had purchased a RCA HD TV from Badcock, and I also purchased a extended warranty. Which is still in effect and they covered a intermitted problem before. Now I am be told that they do not cover these issues as they fill the service centers they use, will make repairs that are not nessacary and do not fix the problem here is a copy of the email I have sent and recieved

I have spoke with John at the store. I also called BWG, they are
saying that they don't work with intermitted problems. They are saying
that they believe it to be your cable. Also servicers
will put money into it without fixing the problem. Even though I
thought I could help you but
it looks like not. I am truly sorry that I can't help you sir. I wish
there was something I could
do to keep you as a customer, but you must do what is right for you.

doing the same thing again, but now your policy seems to have changed.
The first time we called and were told we would need to take it into the
store and they would ship it to a service center for repair this took a
little over a month to get our set back, and we had no problems with
it up until now. We are having the same problem with the set now and we
are now being told that our warranty doesn't cover interminate problems
even though it did the first time. But at first when my wife called the
service center and was told to bring it into the store again there was
never a discussion about it being a interminate problem even though she
told them that it was doing the same thing as it was doing before. I
feel the only reason that you all changed your tone was someone realized
it has cost your campany more then the warranty was worth and you do not
want to put out any more money. I will be following this up with the
BBB and Badcock corporate office.
