I sing up for home phone with joiphone the give me unlimited service for a monthly fee, two weeks later I can not make any call, I call customer service, the told me that I need to upgrade to another plan because I use the phone too much and I ask them what does that mean, the say that I use more then 3000 minutes that's more then most people use.
Not only that the take money out of your credit or debit card even the stop your service.
