Will Not Fail Electronics
Will Fail - Over one month and one million excuses, NO DELIVERY, out $2600

I paid $2625 to Will Fail of Will Not Fail Electronics on January 28 via direct deposit to his Wachovia business account for an order of 25 units iPod Touch 8GB to be delivered within 9 business days.

After three weeks and no goods, Will claimed that the shipment was a loss because his supplier could not come through and would be refunding the money within "a couple of days".
Will Fail has been trying to sell me these ipods since the middle of he has always sent "proof of inventory" pictures and offered deals such as "50% down, remainder on arrival fly and buy" on $50k orders. He told me that he couldn't accept credit cards through Amazon payments (a service I introduced him to in late 2009) because he had made sales over $50k for 2 months in a row and they limited his account. Funny a guy with $100k in sales in just TWO MONTHS doesn't have the cash on hand to refund his customer when his supplier runs.

Another two weeks pass, more excuses more please for a delay because his supplier told him that itd just be another day or two before the wire came through. He habitually ignores emails, replies days later (despite receiving them on his iPhone) and acts in an arrogant fashion, implying I have no choice but to wait for him.

"I'm sorry I haven't replied, I have been taken by my supplier, give me til Wednesday and if I don't have it, I will give you the information on the person that took the money and didn't deliver, they are promising refunds, but over a 3 week period, which I said was B.S.
They are the ones that have your money, but I will give you everything you need to prosecute them, not me... I will email you tomorrow evening...
I really am sorry, I know that doesn't get you your money any quicker, but I have had not problems with this new supplier, until I turned in the last 3 orders and got nothing, will let you know tonight..."

Now Will thinks that giving me the SUPPLIER's info with whom I have NO relationship is enough and tells me I can sue the supplier if I want my money back.

So here I am, ONE MONTH after paying Will Fail and I am out $2625. Now it's time to file a civil suit for fraud, breach of contract and unjust enrichment and contact his district attorney to see if he has priors and see if they will press criminal charges.
Unprofessional, rude and unqualified to run a business.
